Due to continuous improvement and the effort of the entire Alcanada team to always offer the best service, for yet another year, our golf course in Majorca has obtained the “Q” certificate for Tourist Quality.
This certification must be renewed every year after passing an extensive audit by ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality), in which the auditors focus on meeting a series of specific requirements regarding the quality of the services provided, such as facilities, process control and the environment.
We are pleased to share with you that the Alcanada Golf Club is currently the only golf course in Mallorca that has the Quality certification (UNE 188.001) specific to golf courses and that has the support of the Tourism Department and guarantees the level of service and customer satisfaction.
Thanks to this distinctive quality certification we can transmit our professionalism and reliability to visitors; We are committed to sustainability, including improvements to our facilities and services that involve the responsible use of resources and materials.
Alcanada’s mission is that all its clients have a unique experience in the different services it offers: a challenging golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the only one on the island that is next to the sea; an academy led by professionals who will help you improve your technique or swing; a golf clothing and accessories store that has the best brands in the sector; and a restaurant with a fabulous terrace where you can have a drink before or after your round. All this accompanied by the magnificent climate and sunny weather that Alcudia Bay offers most of the year.
