Alcanada Golf Club opened on October 1, 2003, after 3 years of development and 13 years to obtain all the necessary licenses.
In the mid-1980s, Hans-Peter Porsche had the idea of building a golf course on Mallorca, a project that took 16 years to complete due to endless regulatory requirements.
Since opening in 2003, our mission has been to offer our members and guests an exceptional golf and hospitality experience. We believe we do that, day in day out, and as such our reputation as one of Spain’s finest golf experiences precedes us.
The course sits on the Mediterranean coastline, in the bay of Alcudia. The surrounding land is an environmentally protected area; guests can enjoy our breathtaking views without the distraction of other property, real estate or traffic. The iconic island of Alcanada, with its picturesque lighthouse, serves as the club´s logo and can be seen from many parts of the clubhouse. In addition to a stunning golf course design, guests enjoy a typical Majorcan view with old olive and pine trees and wooded areas. The course is in outstanding condition and is well known for its fast and true greens.
