Daily Golf Licence

We would like to inform you about an important update to our tee time reservation policies at Club de Golf Alcanada.

As of March 2025, it is mandatory to purchase a “Daily Golf Licence” for each reservation made on our golf course, except for those players who hold a license from the Spanish Golf Federation.

The “Daily Golf Licence” is a mandatory insurance that provides coverage for incidents that may occur while playing on our golf course. This insurance offers additional peace of mind and ensures the safety of all our customers during their experience at Club de Golf Alcanada. We not only consider this measure an obligation but also a significant improvement in our services, as we always prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. This license does not cover potential losses or robberies on our property.  

We want to thank you for your continued support and understanding as we implement this important change. We understand that this new measure may raise some questions, so we are here to provide all the necessary information and assistance to ensure a smooth transition.

• Service Benefits and Obligations
  • The “Daily Golf Licence” provides mandatory insurance coverage that provides peace of mind and additional security to players while enjoying their experience at Club de Golf Alcanada. This ensures that in case of any incident during the game, customers will be covered. The benefits include protection against possible injuries or property damage, contributing to a safer and worry-free experience for all involved.
• Who Should Pay for This Insurance
  • It must be paid by those making the reservation to play on the course unless the player already holds a valid license from the Spanish Golf Federation, in which case it will not be necessary to purchase additional insurance.
• Who Bears the Charge (in this case, the direct customer at the Course)
  • The charge for the “Daily Golf Licence” falls on the direct customer making the reservation to play on the golf course of Club de Golf Alcanada. That is, those wishing to play on the course will be responsible for acquiring the mandatory insurance as part of the booking process.
• Option to Contract for the Customer on the Online Portal
  • The “Daily Golf Licence” can be contracted online at the time of booking. Otherwise, it must be paid at the Pro-Shop.

Mandatory Golf Insurance for Players

• Federated Players: If you hold a Spanish Federation licence, please present your valid membership proof. This requirement helps to maintain a safe and secure environment for all participants.
• Non-Federated Players: For those players without a Spanish Federation licence, it is imperative to acquire temporary insurance coverage to access and participate in our facilities.

The price is as follows: €3 per day per person.
